in color
For as long as I can remember, I have held a colored pencil in my hand
I am Cristina Luna , a visual artist working in oil and mixed media.
For over thirty years, I have explored nature, movement, texture and spirituality.
Learning to see
Textile design taught me to think beyond a flat surface: in color, material, volume and movement

Curiosity
From oil painting to mixed media and talavera, experimentation has always been part of my practice
An inner journey
Yoga and meditation brought new colors, symbols and textures into my work giving life to my mandala series
My work must firts be true to me
Then it can belong to others
